Shipping and returns

Delivery Information

All products displayed on annapearl.com.lv are either available immediately or made to order. After receiving payment, orders are produced within 3ā€“7 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays of the Republic of Latvia, and any announced vacation periods.

If you require urgent delivery, please inform us in the comments section when placing your order.

During sale periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout (selected parcel locker or home address). In case of force majeure circumstances or vacations that may cause longer delays than stated above, we will inform you individually.

Available delivery options:

  • Omniva (Latvia) ā€“ ā‚¬4.00

  • Latvijas Pasts ā€“ from ā‚¬4.00 (international shipping available)

  • Pickup at the Anna Pearl studio, Buru iela 16, Riga ā€“ FREE, by prior arrangement at a convenient time

If needed, we can also ship via Pasta Stacija, Paku Bode, or another courier service by mutual agreement.

Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the chosen shipping service provider.

Returns & Exchanges

We truly love what we do and always strive to offer the best possible experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the product within 14 days of receipt at no additional cost.

Anna Pearl accepts items for exchange only if they are returned clean, unwrinkled, and undamaged.

To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us in advance to agree on the details. The item must be delivered to:

  • Anna Pearl studio, Buru iela 16, Riga
    or

  • Sent via Omniva parcel locker to Riga Plaza, MÅ«kusalas iela 71, Riga, phone number 29320682

In case of a return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days from the date the return request is received. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

If the Buyer discovers a defect or manufacturing fault, all costs related to return or exchange will be covered by us.
